How long does it take to get my order?

Typically orders are posted within 3-4 days of placing the order, every domestic order is sent express which will take 1-3 days to get to you from when its been posted. PLEASE NOTE, if its a busy period and lots of orders are rolling in EXPECT DELAYS IN GETTING YOUR PACKAGE. It is just lil ol’ me making them from scratch and sometimes I’m making anywhere between 50-80 frames weekly. It can be absolute CHAOS.

If your order is a gift, and you require it fast, I’m happy to accomodate this and prioritise your frames to get to you quicker. Just contact me via Email or Instagram!

Is my package on the way?

The website will automatically send you an email saying that your package has been shipped once i add the tracking number to your order- PLEASE DISREGARD THIS. It just means that I have created your label and am expecting to have your order sent out within the following days, It does not mean it has actually been POSTED. I cannot turn off the automatic email, as annoying as it is.

You can keep an eye on your tracking number, through Australia Post, and It will tell you once it has been posted.

IN TRANSIT= POSTED AND EXPECTED TO ARRIVE WITHIN 1-2 DAYS

What Payment options do you offer?

I offer AFTERPAY, ZIPPAY, PAYPAL AND REGULAR CARD.

AFTERPAY- Only Valid in Australia

ZIPPAY- I accept Zippay SINGLE USE CARDS: If you have a zippay account this is accessible to you. Go onto the Zip-Pay app and generate a single use card, then use the card information it shows you in the regular card details section in our checkout!

PAYPAL- If your card is being declined and everything is correct it’s typically by your bank, paypal is an easy fix to avoid this!

Why Was My Payment Declined?

If your payment was declined, it could be due to several common reasons

• Insufficient Funds: Your account may not have enough balance to cover the transaction

• Afterpay only works for Australia!

• Incorrect Card Details: Please ensure your card number, expiration date, CVC, and billing address are entered correctly

• Card Expired: The card used has expired

• Card Restrictions: Some cards have limitations on international or online transactions

• Fraud Prevention Measures: Your bank may have blocked the transaction due to unusual activity

What Should I Do Next?

1. Verify Your Card Details: Double-check that all information entered is accurate

2. If youre not from Australia or if your bank has declined the transaction, try using PAYPAL as this is almost a guaranteed fix

3. If you’re wanting to pay your order off, we accept zip pay SINGLE USE CARDS- If you have a zippay account this is accessible to you. Go onto the Zip-Pay app and generate a single use card, then use the card information it shows you in the regular card details section in checkout!

4. Try an Alternative Payment Method: If possible, use a different card or payment option

5. Retry the Payment: After addressing any issues, attempt the payment again

Where are you based? Do you ship worldwide?

I am based in Nothern Brisbane, Australia! Specifically Eatons Hill, if you prefer to pick up your order this can absolutely be arranged.

I ship worldwide with no issues, places I frequently post to are New Zealand, United States, Sweden, and Canada. But not limited to just these places!

Australia Wide Shipping typically takes 2-3 days to get to you UPON POSTING.

Everywhere else about 1-2 weeks to get to you!

I want to purchase but im scared of my order being damaged in transit!

Rest assured, I take great care in making sure that the frames are well protected and secured to survive the treacherous postal journey to you. Each package is also insured, so that in the very rare chance that something goes wrong and it arrives damaged I will replace it for you!

Do you bundle deal?

Yes!! My entire goal is to make it as affordable for people to grow their oddity collections, if you’re wanting more than 5 frames I am more than happy to discount for you. The more frames you add, the better the discount! But please note, if the frames are already on a cheap sale I wont have much wiggle room on those ones.
